Logitech 1080p webcam unboxing and specs

This video has been a long time coming. I actually had the camera for about 2 months now and have been super pleased with the results. So here we have it. An unboxing video for the Logitech c920 HD Webcam.

Lets quickly run through the specifications for this camera.

Tripod-ready base

H.264 video compression

Carl Zeiss® lens with 20-step autofocus

Built-in dual stereo mics with automatic noise reduction

Automatic low-light correction

Logitech Fluid Crystal™ Technology

Video Resolution

Up to 1920 x 1080 pixels

Motionless Picture Resolution

Photo capture: Up to 15 megapixels

The camera provides excellent quality video with dynamic lighting and copes fairly well in low light situations. The Carl Zeiss lens give a strong clear image with strong color replication and also the 20 spot auto focus really does make a difference and I am very rarely if ever out of focus.

I am very happy with this camera and will not need to upgrade for a very long time. SO all in all I think it is definitely worth it as the camera can be picked up from PC world for a mere £45 and when it was launched cost over £80.
