SPINTIRES MULTIPLAYER: Mud Wrestling With No Bikini

SPINTIRES is the most unusual game/simulator and it is something that I would not for a moment normally consider playing. It turns out it is fun,challenging, and a great way to therapeutically relax as you churn mud in this wonderfully weird but superbly modelled and simulated game.

Project Cars Radical SR8 HeadTracking

I fire up Project Cars after a long break as I have purchased it for the PC as well. I wanted to test out head tracking with my "ED-Tracker" and I found I had to tone down all my settings so it was very marginal inputs. Its so toned down you can hardly see the difference...but I promise you it's there and definitely helps whilst racing.

Heli Operations and Evasion

Another tough night on the Cannon-Fodder.org public server. Tough VCOM AI and a long 5 hours shift of piloting for them. Enjoyable as always.... Here is a few snippets of the night.

So I have been playing FEZ pretty much secretly for about 6 months now. I have it on the PS4 but decided that it was actually a game that I wanted to play on my Vita. So this is what I have been doing in my very limited down time and also when I have been waiting for ...well... anything with a queue attached....(Doctors, dentists, car parks waiting for the wife to shop etc..)

I have got to 87% complete but sure am struggling to do the last bits. Need some more secret keys. Need some puzzle intelligence to figure out a couple of the last parts too....

What a game. You can leave it for ages and come back to it and get right back into it. testament to a well thought and planned game.

My brain hurts......... need more keys to progress....

Arma 3: Wasteland Mercenaries

Arma 3 Wastelands. I jump in with a couple of buddies to tackle Arma 3 Wasteland mod. Never played before so thought to give it a try. Well it turned out to be hilariously good fun. It didn't take us long to fall into the Mercenary role and go hunting for PVE and PVP moments. Others had the same plan!

Totally gutted that I missed the Closed Beta. It just came round when too many other things were going on. I feel like I really missed out.  I can't wait for Doom. I really think it is going to be a typical I.D Software masterpiece. Bringing back the Quake 3 Arena game style with all the additions of the new MOBA type arena battles.  I think they will nail it.  Kind of contradicts my interest in Overwatch and Battleborn. This is where it will be.....Under rated but hopefully will have a mass following due to previous game releases that they have done.

BattleBorn Beta for PS4 now open

Just to let you all know that BattleBorn for the PS4 is now available to download and try as a Beta.

I have already put in about an hour and find myself enjoying it more and more.  Wondering how it will compete though with other games also coming out like Doom which is also Arena type battle game-play. Overwatch looks better. It's hard to tell. Gearbox have always done amazing projects and you all know I am a massive fan of the Borderland series. (Which I still am playing by the way)....

There is something about Battleborn on both sides of the camp. The enjoyment is there but for some reason a little disappointment is also there I just can't put my finger on it at the moment.

Time will tell, but in the meantime, download it for yourself and have a play. It definitely is enjoyable!
